Dollar changes hands at upper 120 yen level in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 120 yen zone early Wednesday in Tokyo.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 120.69-71 yen compared with 120.65-75 yen in New York at 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
The euro fetched 1.2175-2176 dollars and 146.94-96 yen against 1.2168-2178 dollars and 146.95-147.05 yen in New York late Tuesday afternoon.
