'Defend Diaoyu Islands' store opens in Hebei

A "defend Diaoyu Islands" themed store has opened in Baoding city, north China's Hebei province on Wednesday. Taiwan's People First Party chairman James Soong inscribed the store's board: "Defend Diaoyu Islands Store."

The store sells living necessities and souvenirs printed with slogans reading "defend Diaoyu Islands" and "Diaoyu Islands is Chinese territory".

Owner of the store said he opened the store to express his patriotism and he will donate part of the store's earnings to the defending Diaoyu Islands campaign and other charity issues.
