3. Sources of Funds for Real Estate Development Enterprises
In the first seven months, the sources of funds for real estate development enterprises reached 6,898.7 billion yuan, up by 3.2 percent year-on-year, 0.2 percentage points higher over the first six months. Specifically, the domestic loans stood at 1,311.1 billion yuan, increased 14.7 percent, foreign investment stood at 24.5 billion yuan, down by 9.2 percent, self-raising funds stood at 2,807.8 billion yuan, up by 11.6 percent, and other sources stood at 2,755.3 billion yuan, down by 8.1 percent. Among the other sources of funds, deposits and advance payments totaled 1,656.7 billion yuan, decreased 10.2 percent, personal mortgage loans totaled 765.1 billion yuan, down by 3.7 percent.
4. National Real Estate Climate Index
In July, the national real estate climate index was 94.82, decreased 0.02 points over that in last month.
