Statistics on China-Togo economic and trade cooperation in January - July 2011
According to statistics by China Customs, from January to July 2011, China-Togo trade reached US$1.072 billion, up by 45.7% year-on-year. Of which China’s export to Togo was US$1.03 billion, up by 49.8% year-on-year; and China’s import from Togo was US$41.71 million, down by 13% year-on-year.
The value of newly-signed contracts of China non-financial direct investment in Togo was US$1.05 million; the value of newly-signed project contracts in Togo is US$185 million, with a turnover of US$38.99 million. By the end of July, China’s business personnel in Togo are 497.
