Statistics on China-Togo Economic and Trade Cooperation in January-August 2012
According to statistics by China Customs, from January to August 2012, China-Togo trade reached US$ 1.926 billion, up by 54.52% year-on-year. Of which China’s export to Togo was US$ 1.869 billion, up by 56.36% year-on-year; and China’s import from Togo was US$ 56 million, up by 11.02% year-on-year.
According to MOFCOM statistics, from January to August 2012, the value of newly-signed contracts of China non-financial direct investment in Togo was US$ 1.2 million, the value of newly-signed project contracts in Togo is US$166 million, with turnover of US$ 103 million for China’s contracted projects in Togo.
