Foreign Trade Statistics of Mexico (07/2010)
 
According to statistics by Secretariat of Economy of Mexico, from January to July, the goods trade of Mexico is $329.90 billion, up by 33.5% year on year (same as below). Among it, export is $164.59 billion, up by 34.6%; and import is $165.31 billion, up by 32.5%. Trade deficit is $0.72 billion, down by 71.1%.

In July, goods trade of Mexico is $47.69 billion, up by 28.2%. Among it, export is $23.33 billion, up by 29.9%; and import is $24.36 billion, up by 26.5%. Trade deficit is $1.04 billion, down by 20.1%.

From January to July, Mexico-China bilateral goods trade is $25.85 billion, up by 42.8%. Among it, Mexico’s export to China is $2.03 billion, up by 62.7%, accounting for 1.2% of Mexico’s total export, up by 0.2 percentage point; and Mexico’s import from China is $23.82 billion, up by 41.3%, accounting for 14.4% Mexico’s total import, up by 0.9 percentage point. Mexico’s trade deficit is $21.79 billion, up by 39.6%. China is Mexico’s largest trade deficit source country.

By July, China is Mexico’s sixth largest export destination and the second largest import source country.
