From January to February 2011, all kinds of overseas labor dispatch in the first 2 months of 2011 amounted to 56 thousand, 7 thousand more than that in the same period of 2010. And all the labor in foreign countries by the end of February were 764 thousand, 4 thousand less than that in the same period of 2011.
Up to the end of February 2011, the number of all the labor dispatched was 5.590 million.
