From January to April 2011, all kinds of overseas labor dispatch in the first four months of 2011 amounted to 134 thousand, 14 thousand more than that in the same period of 2010. And all the labor in foreign countries by the end of April were 775 thousand, 22 thousand less than that in the same period of 2010.
Up to the end of April 2011, the number of all the labor dispatched was 5.668 million.
