17 killed in arsenal explosion in C. China

Seventeen service people were killed in an arsenal explosion in central China's Hunan Province on Tuesday afternoon.

The accident occurred at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday in Hengyang City in Hunan as soldiers are piling up ammunitions.
