Located in southern Anhui Province, Huangshan Mountain covers an area of 1,200 square kilometers, 154 of which are covered in scenic attractions. Its landscape features the "four wonders" of imposing peaks, spectacular rocks, oddly shaped pines and a sea of clouds.
Huangshan Mountain boasts 72 peaks, and its three main peaks rise majestically, up to more than 1,000 meters, above sea level. It has more than 400 panoramic attractions, 140 of which have been developed and opened up to tourists. In 1990, Huangshan Mountain was included on both the world cultural and natural heritage lists.
