The 3rd China Commercial Enterprises Development Forum and the China Commercial Enterprises Merging and Regrouping Summit opened in Beijing on Nov. 30, 2013.
The forum was co-organized by the Business School, Commercial Enterprises Research Institution and Alumni Association of Beijing Wuzi University, with the theme of “Discussing SME merging and regrouping and exploring commercial industry development.”
The forum introduced the commercial distribution industry, including the new model for Chinese commercial enterprises after the 18th CPC Central Committee 3rd Plenary Session, the experience and challenge of regrouping, new strategies for SMEs to merge and regroup, the issue of law and financing, talent strategy and cultural fusion, management integration, competitiveness and so on.
The China commercial enterprises development forum has been held for three years. The forum is an effective platform for enterprises to share experiences. It has attracted attention from enterprises, experts and scholars in recent years.
