MOFCOM Encourages Foreign Investment in New Energy

The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) formulated the Guiding Opinions on Attracting Foreign Investment in China on Mar.14, 2013, in an effort to promote more foreign investment in modern agriculture, high-tech manufacturing and new energy sectors.
According to these guiding opinions, China welcomes foreign investors in high value-added manufacturing and service sectors aiming to recruit talent and advanced technology.
China will also encourage foreign investment in eco-friendly industries and new-energy as to promote environmental protection and pursue sustainable development.
