Great Achievements Made by 2 Years Reconstructing After Yushu Earthquake

Great achievements have been made by two-years reconstructing here after the area was devastated by the 7.1-magnitude quake on April 14, 2010. Till now, 843 reconstruction projects had commenced, accounting for 66 percent of all the planned projects, while 158 had been completed. Meanwhile, a total of 20.89 billion yuan (US$3.32 billion), or 73.4 percent of the planned investment, had been deployed on reconstruction. [Xinhua]
