Zhejiang Releases PM2.5 Data for 7 Cities

Observer Hong Shengmao checks a PM2.5 monitor at the Hangzhou Environmental Monitoring Center in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province on March 25, 2012. The website of Zhejiang Environmental Protection Bureau began to release PM2.5 data of seven cities circling Hangzhou Bay including Hangzhou, Niongbo, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Wenzhou and Zhoushan regularly, by updating the statistics everyday. As a stricter air quality measure, PM2.5 gauges particular matter under 2.5 microns. [Xinhua]
