The number of suspected cases of A/H1N1 flu in Brazil fell from 38 to 35, the Health Ministry said on Friday.
The suspected cases spread over 13 states and the Federal District, the ministry said.
The ministry added that 25 other people were being monitored by health authorities, up from 24 on Thursday, and that 232 other patients had been discharged as they were diagnosed with other diseases.
Brazil has eight confirmed cases of the flu: three in Rio de Janeiro, two in Sao Paulo, and one each in the states of Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina.
Of the eight patients, six caught the flu during international travel, and the other two were infected in Brazil.
