Dalian Xingang Port has resumed providing oil to the factory of Dalian branch of CNPC through the pipelines on July 22. The oil supply from Xingang Port had been stopped since an explosion hit an oil pipeline on July 16 and triggered an adjacent smaller pipeline to explode near the port. [Xinhua]
