Local residents transfer to safe places on a handmade raft in the flood in Liuzhou, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on July 4, 2009. Guilin, Hechi, Liuzhou, Laibin and Baise, cities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, suffered the disaster of floods as torrential rains hit northwest and central Guangxi since June 30.
