Dr.Patrick Schroeder from China Association for NGO Cooperation issue a report entitled with "Voluntary Corporate Environmental Behavior" in June,2012.

As one of the “Comparative Policy and Practice” Study Series undertaken by EU-China Environmental Governance Programme(EGP). The contents of every EGP “Comparative Policy and Practice” Study on EU (“EU Volume”) or China (“China Volume”) environmental governance approaches and mechanisms covering one of EGP’s four core thematic subjects is principally the output of a research author and cannot be taken to reflect either a European Union or any other official view. It covers the EGP core theme “Corporate Environmental Responsibility”.

The EU-China Environmental Governance Program (EGP) is an initiative within the field of China’s environmental governance funded by the EU, with the aim to promote environmental protection and sustainable development by strengthening government functions in the field of environmental protection, public participation and corporate responsibility.
