MUMBAI, May 30 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed flat on a negative note Wednesday. The market remained under pressure amid political turmoil in euro zone's third-largest economy Italy.

The cut in India's 2018 GDP growth forecast by Moody's also weighed.

The benchmark S&P, BSE Sensex closed at 34,906.11, down 43.13 point, or 0.12 percent, compared to its previous close at 34,949.24. Enditem
