NAIROBI, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- The following are the news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Saturday.

-- President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday made minimal changes to his Cabinet in which he dropped 13 secretaries, five women and eight men. Kenyatta retained only six secretaries and nominated three new faces telling the country that he would make further changes soon. The partial announcement of the Cabinet follows months of anxiety during which delegations, community elders and politicians reached him. (Standard on Saturday)
