NEW YORK, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale jolted 37km NNW of Fais, Micronesia at 14:25:18 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 10.0651 degrees north latitude and 140.3501 degrees east longitude. Enditem
