Chinese delegation introduces CPC party congress in Bangladesh

DHAKA, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) -- A Chinese delegation has introduced the achievements of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to politicians, think tanks, media and business communities in Bangladesh.

During the three-day visit that ended on Friday, the delegation, headed by Wang Yajun, assitant minister of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee, met with General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League Obaidul Quader and Chairperson of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party Khaleda Zia among others.

The delegation briefed the Bangladeshi political and business communities, think tanks and media on the spirit of the 19th CPC party congress.

The Bangladeshi side spoke highly of the achievements and significance of the CPC congress, saying it will elevate bilateral ties and cooperation to a new era. Enditem
