Dollar changes hands in lower 113 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

TOKYO, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 113 yen zone early Friday in Tokyo.

At 9:00 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 113.21-22 yen compared with 113.03-13 yen in New York and 112.54-56 yen in Tokyo at 5:00 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.1772-1772 dollars and 133.26-27 yen against 1.1768-1778 dollars and 133.09-19 yen in New York and 1.1794-1796 dollars and 132.73-77 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Enditem
