HONG KONG, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed up 78.39 points, or 0.28 percent, to 28,303.19 points on Thursday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 28,134.93 and 28,478.34. Turnover totaled 121.00 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 15.49 billion U.S. dollars). Enditem
