ABUJA -- Two suicide blasts in a market in Nigeria's northeastern town of Biu on Saturday killed 13 and wounded 53 others, local police said.

Two female suicide bombers wreaked the havoc at the busy Biu Market in the northern state of Borno, according to Victor Isuku, a spokesman for the police, who confirmed the incident.(Nigeria-Suicide)

WASHINGTON -- A man was shot and killed inside a hotel in Detroit in U.S. state of Michigan early Saturday, local police said.

Police said the victim, in his 20s, was shot at around 4:00 a.m. at the Greektown Casino Hotel.(US-Michigan-Shooting)

- - - -h ADEN, Yemen -- Yemen's internationally-backed government declared on Saturday its full support for the ongoing military activities against the Shiite Houthi group in the country's capital Sanaa that killed 80 people and injured more than 120 others.
