South Korea's Won takes overall title in men's 69kg at weightlifting worlds

ANAHEIM, United States, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- South Korea's Won Jeongsik won two golds and one silver in men's 69kg category of the 2017 world weightlifting championships on Friday.

Won first took a gold in the snatch with 148kg and then a silver in clean and jerk on 178kg. With the good lifts in the two events, he secured the overall title on 326kg.

The total silver went to Tairat Bunsuk of Thailand on 321kg. Frenchman Ledoux Kingue Matam was third overall with 318kg. Enditem
