Typhoon Talim delays start of fishing in E China

Fishing boats put out to sea at a port in Taizhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, Sept. 17, 2017. The annual summer fishing ban, which was enforced on May 1 in the East China Sea, was scheduled to end on Friday. But Typhoon Talim delayed the start of fishing to Saturday for local fishermen.(Xinhua/Liang Minhui)
