Vietnam sees president's visit to China great success: official

The visit to China by Vietnam's President Tran Dai Quang is a great success with important results, the country's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung said here on Tuesday.

The deputy minister told media that the president's variety of activities during the visit and at the Belt and Road Forum on International Cooperation have made positive and practical contributions to the China-Vietnam cooperation.

"It helps to promote the comprehensive strategic co-operative partnership between the two countries in a stable and healthy manner in the coming time," Trung said.

The deputy minister also highlighted other important results of the visit in the fields of trade, economic and people-to-people exchanges. Endit
