According to Microsoft President Brad Smith, the U.S. American Secret Service NSA and Washington are partly responsible for the global cyber attack on ten of thousands computers in 150 countries on Friday.

The birth rate in German is still below the European Union (EU) average -- 1.58 children per woman. In the EU comparison, France reached the highest birth rate with 1.96 children born in 2015, followed by Ireland with 1.92 children and Sweden with 1.85 children.
