Xinhua, May 13, 2017 Adjust font size:

Twenty people were killed and 11 others seriously injured on Saturday when a bus overturned in Turkey's southwestern province of Mugla, Turkish media reported.

The bus was carrying Turkish tourists when it fell off a cliff near the popular resort town of Marmaris, Governor Amic Cicek was quoted as saying by CNNTurk.

There are conflicting reports about the number of passengers on board.

Press reports said the driver lost control of the vehicle before the mishap happened, and a rescue operation was underway with traffic toward Marmaris totally blocked. Endit
