Premier Li stresses reform, innovation to support development

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has stressed administrative reforms and industrial innovation to attract investment and boost the country's economic development.

In a visit to central China's Henan Province on Monday and Tuesday, Li asked local authorities to further streamline administration to improve business environment, and encouraged enterprises to make technological breakthroughs to facilitate China's industrial upgrading. Endi
