Over 100 players to compete at Vietnam's national badminton championship

Over 100 athletes, including Vietnam's top badminton player Vu Tien Minh and his wife Vu Thi Trang, will compete at the 2017 national badminton championship.

A total of 103 players, including Vietnam's most prominent players such as Minh, Trang, Pham Cao Cuong and Nguyen Thuy Linh, from 16 delegations will show off their skills at the tournament from May 7-14 in southern Dong Nai province, the Vietnam Badminton Federation said on Wednesday.

Winners of singles and doubles events for men and women will receive cash prizes from 600 to 1,100 U.S. dollars. Enditem
