The government's decree states that the export duty rate on crude oil has been reduced from 88.9 to 84 U.S. dollars per ton, the duty for straight-run gasoline has been reduced from 48.8 to 46.2 U.S. dollars per ton, and export duty on commercial gasoline has been broght down from 26.6 to 25.2 U.S. dollars per ton.

The duty on light, medium distillates will be 25.2 U.S. dollars per ton. The same duty has been established for diesel fuel, benzene, toluene, xylenes, lubricants and other oils, the decree says.

Since 2010, Belarus and Russia unified the rates of export duties on crude oil and petroleum products. Since 2015, in accordance with the agreements of the EAEU countries, all oil duties are directed to the Belarusian budget for payment of external public debt. Endit
