British FTSE 100 decreases 0.46 pct on Friday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Friday decreased by 0.46 percent, or 33.23 points, to 7,203.94 points.

Share price of Royal Bank of Scotland Group increased by 4.74 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Antofagasta, Wm Morrison Supermarkets, International Consolidated Airlines Group and BHP Billiton increased by 2.38 percent, 2.35 percent, 2.10 percent and 1.86 percent respectively.

Barclays led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 5.22 percent, followed by Mediclinic International (4.42 percent), Royal Mail (3.92 percent), Standard Chartered (2.71 percent) and Hargreaves Lansdown (1.99 percent). Endit
