Xinhua, April 24, 2017 Adjust font size:

The Ukrainian authorities will stop electricity supplies to the pro-independence insurgents controlled Lugansk region, due to the non-payment of power supply bills, a senior Ukrainian energy official said Monday.

"Starting from midnight on April 25, the electricity flows to the non-controlled area will be completely stopped," Volodymyr Grytsay, head of the government-controlled Lugansk energy union, told local media.
