1st LD: 6 killed in explosive device blast in Syria's Aleppo

At least six killed and 32 wounded Wednesday in the explosion of an explosive device in Syria's northern city of Aleppo, state TV reported.

The explosion took place in Salahuddien neighborhood, said the report, spelling no further details.

Aleppo has remained largely calm since the army regained control over the eastern part of the city late last year.

Still, some mortar shells slammed the city from rebel-held areas in the countryside. Endit
