Vietnam's HCM City to inaugurate gold, jewelry street

Xinhua, April 19, 2017 Adjust font size:

Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City will inaugurate a street specialized in trading gold, silver, gemstone and jewelry on April 27, making it a favorite destination for local and foreign tourists.

The specialized street will include the three road routes of Nhieu Tam, Nghia Thuc and Bui Huu Nghia, which house 55 gold and jewelry companies and household businesses, local daily newspaper Tuoi Tre (Youth) reported Wednesday.

Gold, silver, gemstone and jewelry shops in the specialized street will use a uniform logo and sell products of high quality with clear origin.

The specialized street is expected to lure more Vietnamese and foreign visitors, said the district's authorities. Enditem
