1st LD: UK PM to make statement amid snap election speculation

Xinhua, April 18, 2017 Adjust font size:

British Prime Minister Theresa May is going to make a statement at 11:15 a.m. (1015 GMT) Tuesday amid speculation that a snap election could be called.

May is scheduled to make her statement immediately following a meeting of her Cabinet.
