The following are news in major Kenyan media outlets on Tuesday.

-- International Monetary Fund has stepped up pressure on Kenya to review the law capping interest rates, noting they were hurting small and medium enterprises. The move came after the government sent out mixed signals that it would consider reviewing the law as growth of credit drops to 13-year low. (The Standard)
