Teenager injured in St. Petersburg explosion

The explosion of an unknown device has injured a teenager in St. Petersburg on Thursday.

Local media report that a 17-year-old man picked an unknown device near the local Chernyshevsky library and tried to disassemble it.

According to preliminary information, the explosion caused traumatic amputation of one hand of the teenager. The victim has been receiving treatment in a hospital. Endit
