German Chancellor Angela Merkel Monday held a meeting with leaders of international economic and financial organizations at the chancellery in Berlin.

Merkel welcomed the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Christine Lagarde, the President of the World Bank Jim Yong Kim, the Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Angel Gurria, as well as the Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Roberto Azevedo and the Director-General of Internaional Labour Organization (ILO) Guy Ryder.

They are to talk about the current issues concerning world economy and international economic policy, according to the German federal government.

And Germany's host of Group of Twenty (G20) summit will be a central topic for the meeting.
