Spanish stock market rises 0.10 pct, closes at 10,529 points

Spain's benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.10 percent on Friday to close at 10,529 points, up from the 10,518.90 points of Thursday.

Share values were up 0.63 percent in the week as a whole with the Spanish risk premium going from 135 points on Monday to 139 on Friday and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate going from 1.67 percent on Monday to 1.64 percent on Friday.

On Friday session, Gamesa shares led rises climbing 3.83 percent, followed by Melia Hotels, Mediaset, Repsol, R.E.C. and Banco Popular that rose 2.17 percent, 1.16 percent, 1.15 percent, 1.11 percent and 0.87 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Amadeus shares led falls losing 2.96 percent, followed by Grifols, ArcelorMittal, IAG, Gas Natural and AENA that lost 0.94 percent, 0.83 percent, 0.76 percent, 0.70 percent and 0.68 percent respectively. Endit
