Swedish police interviewing two people over Stockholm attack

Xinhua, April 7, 2017 Adjust font size:

Swedish police said they were interviewing two people in relation to the Stockholm attack on Friday, as they believed the two have information to offer in this case, according to Swedish Television(SVT).

"I can confirm that we have taken in two people for questioning, but that does not necessary means that they are suspects," police spokesman Lars Bystrom said.

"We want to talk to everybody who knows anything about this and sometimes it's better to talk at the police station than place of event."

A truck rammed into people on a central Stockholm street before crashing into a department store on Friday, with police and witnesses saying three people had died and eight others injured in the incident. Endit
