An ultra-light helicopter crashed on Thursday afternoon when it was trying to land at the southeastern French resort of Megeve, killed two people, local media reported.

The helicopter crashed in the landing phase in Megeve, shortly before 5 p.m. local time, resulting in the death of two occupants, French newspaper Le Figaro reported.

No details were available at the moment about the identity of the victims and the origin of the flight, it said. Endit
