-- South Africa's former finance minister Pravin Gordhan said Saturday the relationship between state arms manufacturer Denel and arms firm VR Laser that is linked with the Indian Gupta family is a symbol of State Capture.

The Treasury halted a deal between the two entities, allegedly as they had already entered into a partnership without permission and disregarded due process. (Witness News)
