Elkeson's hat-trick help Shanghai SIPG smash Changchun Yatai

Brazilian Elkeson's hat-trick in 17 minutes helped Shanghai SIPG smash Changchun Yatai 5-1 on Saturday in the first round of 2017 Chinese Super League.

Fan Xiaodong of Changchun Yatai scored a goal from long distance in the 26th minute, and Brazilian Hulk's penalty goal equalized for Shanghai SIPG, then Elkeson started his show time to get hat-trick in 17 minutes to seal the victory and Wulei's goal in injury time was icing on the cake.

Liu Binbin broke the deadlock for Shandong Luneng in the 78th minute and Papiss Demba Cisse scored in the 82nd minute to beat Tianjin Teda 2-0.

Xiaozhi's header in the 29th minute and Brazilian Renatinho's goal in the 61st minute helped Guangzhou R&F beat promoted Tianjin Quanjian to get a good start in the new season. Endit
