Indonesia to include foreign players for U19 soccer team

Indonesia's football association will include players, who are Indonesian decent and playing for teams overseas, for its national U-19 squad, a coach said here on Thursday.

Coach Indra Safri said that there were 12 soccer players who are categorized as Indonesian descent playing for teams in Europe and Asia, including Spain, Italy, Britain, Greece, and Qatar.

The U-19 soccer team will compete in AFF U-19 Cup in September this year, according to the coach. Endit
