Gold price closes higher in Hong Kong

The gold price in Hong Kong closed at 11,468 Hong Kong dollars per tael on Thursday, increasing 16 Hong Kong dollars from the previous trading day, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.

The price is equivalent to 1,240 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 1.73 U.S. dollars at the latest exchange rate of 1 U.S. dollar against 7.76 Hong Kong dollars. Endit
