Indian Foreign Secretary visits Bangladesh

Indian Foreign Secretary Subramanyam Jaishankar arrived in Bangladesh capital Dhaka on Thursday to hold bilateral discussions with the country's leadership.

Bangladesh's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement earlier said the Indian official and his counterpart will review areas of bilateral cooperation. They will also talk about the proposed visit of Bangladesh prime minister to India.

Jaishankar will call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina later in the day. Endit
