U.S. dollar rises against most major currencies

The U.S. dollar climbed against most major currencies on Monday as hopes of future U.S. tax cuts lifted market sentiment.

In late New York trading, the euro fell to 1.0601 dollars from 1.0628 dollars, while the dollar bought 113.63 Japanese yen, higher than 113.50 yen in the previous session. Enditem
